Triumph Thunderbird LT (Light Touring, light tourism) ventured on the grounds of the Harley – Davidson Road King and Kawasaki VN1700 Classic Tourer. Picking up the technical basis of the Triumph Thunderbird Storm and order, LT relies on his classical style and his large parallel twin to seduce lovers of travel to the United States.

The Triumph Thunderbird LT is equipped with original of a pair of saddlebags leather with a removable windshield, seat foam double density command, of a passenger folder, headlights additional and – first world – radial whitewall tires (150/80-16 front, 180/70-16 rear) mounted on rims rays. Driver and passenger are running boards aluminum.

1,699 CC twin-cylinder gives voice through two large oval silencers and the secondary transmission is ensured by an own belt and maintenance-free. The big block is enclosed in a steel frame suspended by a fork Showa 47 mm adjustable in preload (five positions) and two conventional shock absorbers. Braking is entrusted to three 310 mm discs with Nissin calipers 4-piston front and single-piston rear. ABS is standard.

The Commander Triumph will be available in two colors (Caspian Blue / Crystal White and Lava Red / Phantom Black) in the spring of 2014.
